May 7 - A new Tuba Music page was added. A solo for Eb Bass (Eb Tuba) was published for the first time, a completely newly engraved/edited version of a solo Gerry wrote in the summer 1985 for his cousin Bob Alder. This solo was performed in the Chicago area a few times by a friend of Gerry's, the late Steve Diaz. It has a challenging range for Eb Bass and it takes a bit of endurance to play through to the end. The recorded Finale mp3 files provide a realistic musical interpretation. If you are an aspiring tubaist who is ready to take on this challenge and decide to make a recording, we would be happy to link to your site.

The three songs have been engraved for the first time, and are now made available freely to anyone who is looking for music for this type of occasion.
The site now includes 21 compositions. Like much of the world, we are in the middle of COVID-19 "shelter in place" restrictions right now, so Gerry is devoting more time at home creating new music and publishing older works as well. Stay tuned. More music files are coming soon!
